Slowed down a bit? It seems to me the only ones who post regularly here are the mods.

Any ideas on how to get this place a little more lively?

Well, there hasn't really been a new show in a while, like a full on show, there have been some short ones, like 5-10 min, but no long ones with more then one thing in it.
Also the PSP scene is kinda slow right now, there are apps being made and stuff, but other then that nothing major. Same with the iPod Touch scene, there where 2 updates in like the past month but they where small.

The fact that we were removed from google certainly doesn't help getting more people here either , but yeah I agree with DYY if there were more shows I'm sure we would be more active.

I had an idea about getting more hits...

On youtube there's a show I watch called classic game room who review old games, and at the end they always ask for people to join the forums... Perhaps we could make a PSPHacking101 youtube account where we'd post videos of the newest apps to come out for the psps and give our take on them. At the end of the videos we'd tell the viewers to hit up our forums.

EDIT: Pox's account has gotten several hits... Perhaps links to the forums should be provided at the end of the videos, saying something like, "For futher help, check out the toosmartguys forums" or something.

Yeah theres already a psphacking 101 youtube account http://www.youtube.com/user/pox98 ( well under pox's name) but getting more PSP app reviews up on it could help.

I dunno. theres not much we can really do besides wait. Most of the hacking scenes have kinda died down

I wouldn't say that about the Wii. The wii has had some exciting stuff coming out for it recently. I always thought it would be best to focus on one scene at a time, not try to do the whole maxconsole/dcemu thing where we cover everything that's hackable. I think if the efforts were focused on one perticular scene we'd get more hits.

Since I bought a PSP from Dyy1, I'd be willing to do shows in the name of Too Smart Guys if it's okay with you Pox.
